崔胜辉,博士,研究员,博士生导师。主要从事环境生态学及环境规划与管理的研究工作。
1994年毕业于福建师范大学生物与工程学院,获学士学位;1997年毕业于厦门大学环境科学研究中心,获得硕士学位;2003年毕业于厦门大学海洋与环境学院,获得环境科学与工程博士学位,2004年至2006年北京师范大学环境学院博士后出站后到城市环境所工作,现任城市生态环境规划与管理研究中心副主任,城市环境与健康重点实验室副主任。先后主持或参加国际合作、973、科技支撑计划、国家基金、中科院重要方向项目等各级项目40余项,近年来已发表文章60余篇。

林剑艺,博士,副研究员,1978年4月生。主要从事区域可持续发展、低碳发展、复杂系统建模等领域的研究。
2006年毕业于大连理工大学土木水利学院,获交叉学科——水文学及水资源博士学位。在城市可持续发展、复杂系统建模、决策支持系统方面有较为深入研究,先后主持和参加中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向项目、青年人才领域前沿项目、国家自然科学基金和厦门市科技计划项目等课题研究,在国内外期刊上发表学术论文40余篇,其中SCI收录10余篇。
