环境微生物学,微生物分子生态学。主要研究方向包括:(1)城市土壤氮转化过程、氮循环与铁耦合过程(包括厌氧铁氨氧化和硝酸盐还原依赖的铁氧化)及其微生物学机制(2)城市绿地微生物多样性与功能多样性研究。
