余广炜,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师,城市矿产绿色开发研究团队负责人,北京教授级高级工程师,厦门大学兼职教授;入选北京市经济技术创新标兵、北京市优秀青年知识分子、新世纪百千万人才工程北京市级人选、厦门市高层次人才、福建省高层次人才。兼任福建省城市固体废弃物资源化工程技术研究中心副主任、厦门市政府第八届海洋专家组成员、国家重点专项核心专家库专家、北京市高级专家库专家、中国硅酸盐学会危废学术委会委员、福建省科技项目评审专家以及福建省环境影响评价专家。
余广炜同志2005年博士毕业后进入首钢总公司工作,曾任首钢能源环保部设计技术中心主任助理、副主任兼党支部书记、首钢总公司北京首科兴业工程技术有限公司总经理等职;多次获首钢总公司环保先进个人、先进职工、创新先锋、能工巧匠、优秀青年人才一等奖等荣誉,2009年被评为首钢技术带头人,2011年被评为首钢集团技术专家;期间主持或参与科技部“十一五”科技支撑计划课题及“十二五”科技支撑计划课题、国家863计划课题、国家发改委循环经济产业化专项、北京市优秀青年人才基金、北京市百千万人才工程资助项目等科技项目,组织建设焦化工艺处理废塑料、含铁尘泥资源化利用、焦化有机固废资源化、烧结烟气脱硫、钢渣显热回收及矿化固定二氧化碳等产业化示范项目,并作为首钢清洁发展机制(CDM)项目组技术负责人成功开发我国第一个在联合国EB注册的干熄焦CDM项目。余广炜同志2014年进入中国科学院城市环境研究所工作,主要研究领域为固废低碳资源化与污染物控制技术开发及应用,至今主持或参与国家重点研发计划课题、中日政府间国际科技创新合作重点项目、中国和欧盟研究创新旗舰合作计划项目、福建省工业引导性重点项目、福建省自然科学基金项目、福建省中科院STS项目、中国科学院重点部署项目、中国科学院A类战略先导科技专项、天津市京津冀协同创新重点项目、厦门市产学研项目和企业委托开发项目等30多项,发表论文60余篇,获得授权发明专利30项,多项技术实现产业化应用。
