2004年在中国科学院生态环境研究中心获得博士学位,先后在中国科学院生态环境研究中心担任助理研究员、副研究员、研究员和党委委员、学术委员会副主任以及城市与区域生态国家重点实验室副主任、中国科学院大学岗位教授,期间两次在斯坦福大学做访问学者,2019年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助,现任中国科学院城市环境研究所研究员。主要从事生态系统服务功能形成机制、评估方法与政策应用、以及生态系统服务与居民福祉关系研究。在国内外发表学术论文300余篇,出版专著5部。获中国科学院杰出科技成就奖、国家科技进步二等奖、测绘科技进步特等奖、中国科学院朱李月华优秀教师奖等奖项。
