朱龙吉,男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。本、硕、博毕业于东北农业大学,获微生物学博士学位。2020年7月至今在中国科学院城市环境研究所工作。主要研究领域为环境生物安全,具体包括:1)城市环境病原微生物监测,基于单细胞拉曼光谱、机器学习、微流控等技术,开发环境病原微生物快检方法,集成在线监测装备;2)病原微生物抗生素耐药性进化与传播机制机理,尤其是环境污染物诱导的细菌耐药表型与基因型之间的关系;3)城市公共表面风险微生物定植与传播机制。近年来主持和参与国家自然科学基金、重点研发计划、福建省引导性项目、企业横向项目等十余项。研究成果在Science Advances、Environmental Science & Technology、Water Research等国际主流期刊发表论文40余篇,H指数24,其中ESI前1%高被引论文两篇,获授权发明专利一项,出版专著两部,获省科技进步奖一项。
