赵全保,2003年,在中国科学技术大学获应用化学和计算机科学双学士学位,2008年获中国科学技术大学分析化学博士学位;2008年至2014年,在美国华盛顿州立大学从事博士后研究工作,2014-2016在美国DVO Inc.担任首席科学家。2017-2018中国科学技术大学苏州研究院博士后研究员。2019年加入中国科学院城市环境研究所任副研究员。参与完成中国首个大型气混推流式厌氧消化器项目,已发表国际SCI论文近30篇,获得美国授权专利3项,中国授权发明专利4项,多项专利已获产业化推广。
